Job description
This role is for a Software Engineer in the Microsoft Advertising Campaign UI team, which focuses on developing a world-class web UI experience for online advertisers. The team is dedicated to customer satisfaction and aims to innovate rapidly in the online advertising space. The engineer will leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to modernize product development and improve engineering efficiency. This position offers an opportunity to work on impactful projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Solid CS fundamentals and excellent technical design, problem solving, and debugging skills.
- Outstanding coding experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML and/or CSS.
- Experience with ReactJS and modern front end development environment is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with PMs, UX designers, and partner teams to design and develop features from concept to release and live operations.
- Build metrics and monitor the impact of features.
- Drive AI-powered product innovation by integrating intelligent capabilities into customer experiences.
- Help the team forge a sound engineering culture with a growth mindset.
- Be open and willing to learn new technology and take on challenges.
