Citi's Internal Audit Group is seeking Full-Time Analysts for a 24-month rotational leadership program in Tampa, Florida. This program focuses on developing skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in internal audit. Analysts will engage in independent assessments of governance, risk management, and internal controls while collaborating with various teams. The role emphasizes growth, learning, and the enhancement of the control culture within Citigroup.

• At least a 3.3 GPA is preferred.
• Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree or a dual Bachelor’s and Master’s between December 2026 and June 2027.
• No sponsorship for U.S. work authorization is required now or in the future.
• Strong analytical skills are necessary.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Finance education or experience is a plus.

• Rotate across core audit areas such as Finance, Markets & Services, and Compliance.
• Assist with end-to-end audit engagements including planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting.
• Complete audit workpapers and assess the design and operational effectiveness of key controls.
• Analyze data and business trends to identify emerging risk patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess control effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Deliver presentations and summaries of audit results to business partners and leadership.
• Participate in ongoing learning and development sessions throughout the program.
