Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams
- A track record of building diverse and strong teams by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent
- Experience in successfully launching high-quality consumer products
- Passion for designing and implementing outstanding user interfaces and customer experiences
- Technical experience with native iOS development and a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals
- A BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Ability to navigate constraints and ambiguity to make sound decisions
- Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally
- An understanding and passion for medical concepts
