Citi's Internal Audit Group is seeking Full-Time Analysts for a 24-month rotational leadership program in Dallas, Texas. This program focuses on developing skills and knowledge through structured training and hands-on experience in various audit areas. Analysts will play a crucial role in assessing the company's governance, risk management, and internal controls. The position emphasizes collaboration, analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.

• At least a 3.3 GPA is preferred.
• Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree or a dual Bachelor’s and Master’s between December 2026 and June 2027.
• No sponsorship for U.S. work authorization is required now or in the future.

• Rotate across core audit areas such as Finance, Markets & Services, and Compliance.
• Assist with end-to-end audit engagements including planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting.
• Complete audit workpapers and assess the design and operational effectiveness of key controls.
• Analyze data and business trends to identify emerging risk patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess control effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Deliver presentations and summaries of audit results to business partners and leadership.
• Participate in ongoing learning and development sessions throughout the program.
