The role involves joining the Neuroboros team at Amazon Annapurna Labs to leverage Generative AI technologies and enhance customer adoption of AWS's Machine Learning silicon, specifically Trainium. The team is focused on building innovative software solutions that simplify and accelerate the migration to AWS's ML silicon. You will collaborate with both internal and external customers to identify challenges and opportunities in this space. This position is critical to driving impact in AWS's Generative AI business.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Computer Science core knowledge in object-oriented design, data structures, and performance analysis with at least 2 programming languages
• 2+ years in machine learning or computational modeling environments with an emphasis on hosting, building, or optimizing models for diverse hardware platforms
• Proven track record in building AI agents that automate ML workload optimization

• Deliver on goals to improve the time and effort it takes to port and optimize Machine Learning workloads on Neuron.
