The ideal candidate will also mentor junior engineers and drive software best practices within the organization.

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead for an engineering team
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Architect and build business critical, highly available, large scale, distributed systems
• Lead software architecture and design reviews across the organization
• Design and build software with quality and robustness as top priorities
• Collaborate with technical teams, UX design teams, and stakeholders
• Identify the right technologies to meet customer needs and incorporate feedback
• Coach and mentor engineers to foster a collaborative culture
