The Senior Analytics Engineer role at Netflix is part of the New Content Experiences Data Science and Engineering team, focusing on enhancing product offerings through data-driven insights. • 5+ years of industry experience in a data analytics or data science function.
• 5+ years of experience in manipulating large data sets using complex SQL and Python or similar languages.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a business acumen.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.

• Partner directly with stakeholders on data, metrics, and analytics initiatives.
• Lead the end-to-end development of analysis and tools for stakeholders and teams.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for product performance.
• Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to ensure data quality and availability.
• Drive the direction and execution of work, from scrappy analysis to scalable system design.
