Job description

As a Mid-Level Water Engineer at Jacobs, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality engineering projects focused on water treatment infrastructure. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering.
  • At least 6 years of engineering experience in water-related disciplines.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Experience developing drawings and specifications, and/or with computer modeling.
  • Experience writing engineering technical reports and presentations.
  • Foundational experience with MS Office 365.
  • Experience or working knowledge with Bluebeam, Autodesk and/or Bentley CAD platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with design teams and discipline experts to deliver quality engineering projects.
  • Focus on planning, evaluation, and design development for water treatment infrastructure needs.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple disciplines and collaborate with subject matter experts.
  • Contribute to solving problems and executing infrastructure designs.
