Job description

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Statistics, Geography, or a related degree from an ABET-accredited program.
- 15 or more years of experience delivering data analysis insights for mid- to large-scale transportation projects.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate across disciplines and project phases.
- Working knowledge of GDOT data standards and processes, as well as local municipal criteria in Georgia.
- Experience gathering data from multiple sources, including GIS platforms such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, or QGIS.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project engineers and multidisciplinary teams to organize, analyze, and interpret data for urban and rural transportation projects.
- Develop data-driven insights that help inform project decisions and address client and community needs.
- Partner with digital teams to create accessible data and analytics solutions for clients and stakeholders.
- Document analytical approaches, findings, and recommendations to support project delivery and decision-making.
- Mentor and support the technical development of junior analysts and designers.
- Contribute to transportation data analytics initiatives that support project and practice growth.
