• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Criminal Justice, Contract Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Associate's degree, Paralegal Certificate, IP Certificate, or equivalent with 2+ years of contract experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of contract experience.

• Assist with processing and distributing licensing agreements between finance, legal, and licensing manager.
• Prepare summaries of straightforward or standard licensing agreements based on basic understanding of contracts administration procedures.
• Work under senior team members to ensure licensing agreements and lifecycle are maintained according to terms.
• Provide administrative assistance for correspondence to maintain compliance with license agreements.
• Input contract data in various contract management systems as directed, ensuring accuracy and quality of data.
• Build an understanding of terms and conditions related to contracts.
• Execute individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with supervision.
