This role is for a Software Engineer in the Microsoft Advertising Campaign UI team, focusing on developing a world-class web UI experience for demand management platforms. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
• Proficient in data-driven decision making and building metrics to analyze business impact.
• Experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development environments.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools and modern engineering practices.

• Work closely with PMs, UX designers, and partner teams to design and develop features from concept to release and live operations.
• Build metrics and monitor the impact of features.
• Drive AI-powered product innovation by integrating intelligent capabilities into customer experiences.
• Help the team forge a sound engineering culture with a growth mindset.
