The position requires collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive strategic priorities. The team operates within the Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) practice, supporting various healthcare stakeholders.

• University degree with excellent academic record
• ASA or FSA designation
• 5+ years of work experience driving business results
• Health insurance experience is highly preferred
• Experience with database coding via SQL, Teradata or Python
• Experience in segmentation analysis and world-class product pricing
• Demonstrated ability to apply analytic approaches to create meaningful and measurable business impact
• Strong project management skills
• Proven record of leadership
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to travel (50-70%)
