This role involves leveraging actuarial expertise and analytical skills to address complex challenges in the healthcare sector. You will be part of a client service team within the Actuarial team, which is focused on improving organizational performance and patient outcomes. The position requires collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive strategic priorities. The team operates within the Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) practice, supporting various healthcare stakeholders.
Requirements
- University degree with excellent academic record
- ASA or FSA designation
- 5+ years of work experience driving business results
- Health insurance experience is highly preferred
- Experience with database coding via SQL, Teradata or Python
- Experience in segmentation analysis and world-class product pricing
- Demonstrated ability to apply analytic approaches to create meaningful and measurable business impact
- Strong project management skills
- Proven record of leadership
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel (50-70%)
