Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required, master’s degree in engineering, business, operations or related disciplines preferred.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience with a progressive career trajectory and outstanding professional achievement, preferably with large, multi-national companies.
  • Experience in high-performance, mega capital excellence construction projects, demonstrating leadership skills in performance improvement and change management.
  • Field-based experience in industries such as oil and gas, mining, energy, or chemicals.
  • Strong communication skills in English and local office languages, with the ability to adjust style for different audiences.
