Job description

In this role, you will partner with clients to establish transformation offices and performance infrastructures that facilitate enterprise-wide change. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives while leveraging analytical tools for program management and financial modeling. The position requires close collaboration with clients and McKinsey colleagues to track progress and guide initiatives to completion. You will also coach client teams and foster trusted relationships across the organization, driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field with a strong academic record
  • 3+ years of project management or PMO experience managing multiple workstreams
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI
  • Proven ability to work with and coach diverse teams across the organization
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
  • Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, and able to sustain performance through complex transformations
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 80%

Responsibilities
