Job description

This role involves gathering and analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, and developing recommendations in a consulting environment. Requirements

  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field required, such as Biology or Chemistry.
  • 1+ years of experience and strong interest in pharmaceutical R&D topics from a sponsor, CRO, or site perspective.
  • Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminology.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency with data visualization, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic business tools.
  • Demonstrated communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze information to formulate and test hypotheses.
  • Develop and communicate recommendations to client management.
  • Collaborate with client teams to implement recommendations.
  • Develop industry analyses and keep up to date with industry developments.
  • Create McKinsey-formatted end-products including written memos and presentations.
