• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, with an MBA being a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, analytic pricing, merchandising, or technology delivery.
• Experience with analytical topics, data science, data visualization tools, and statistics, preferably in CPG or retail organizations.
• Ability to articulate solutions to stakeholders with varying levels of business and technical knowledge.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with large data sources and proficiency in cloud-based advanced tools.

• Work in teams to tackle key strategic, organizational, and operational challenges faced by clients.
• Collaborate with client business and technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Engage with client sponsors regularly to drive user adoption and address their questions regarding solutions.
• Master the analytics and methodology embedded in the solutions and develop a deep understanding of relevant domain functions.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to execute solution deployments, analysis, and upgrades.
