As a business analyst, you will join a client service team at McKinsey, taking ownership of a workstream to address complex challenges faced by influential organizations. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to uncover strategic issues and develop actionable plans that drive meaningful change. You will leverage research, data analysis, and brainstorming to generate insights and solutions, while also ensuring the sustainability of the impact of your work. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience
- Understanding and exposure to supply chain concepts and interest in network design, sales and operations planning (S&OP), inventory, or physical flow management
- Hands-on experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment, specifically demonstrating leadership skills in performance improvement and change management
- Clear demonstration of having led operational improvements and in managing key transformation factors
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Comfortable with extensive travel, up to 80%
