Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ year of experience focused on operations, finance/accounting, or go-to-market/top-line growth initiatives
- Experience in management consulting, large-scale change management, turnaround and restructurings, M&A and integrations, or investment banking is a plus
- Program management experience on driving large-scale, transformational change programs is preferred
- Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret financial statements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
- Ability to travel to and work in varying environments that may be challenging and/or not accessible
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of specific workstreams and end-products within the overall transformation program
- Deliver transformation objectives within your workstream and coach clients to develop effective improvement plans
- Mobilize and help clients achieve change that exceeds their expectations
- Collaborate with team members and operate autonomously with limited direction after appropriate apprenticeship
- Engage with a variety of individuals at client organizations, ranging from the C-Suite to front-line workers
