Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience
- Understanding and exposure to capital excellence and infrastructure, process improvement, product development, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain concepts
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Comfortable with extensive travel, up to 80%
