Requirements

- 6+ years of relevant experience with a progressive career trajectory and outstanding professional impact, preferably with large, multi-national companies.
- Experience in tech-enabled transformation of operational processes such as customer care, finance, HR, or contact center operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading transformational activities within a back office or frontline services environment.
- Highly capable problem solver with strong analytical, conceptual, and quantitative abilities.
- Ability to create work product-focused materials including PowerPoint decks and Excel models.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% and work in challenging environments.
