• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple large projects.
• 5+ years of experience in material handling equipment or automation environments.
• Experience with automated or non-automated material handling equipment.
• Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field.
• Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other operations engineering tools.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level.

• Develop new processes or modify existing ones, focusing on equipment, workflows, and material flow.
• Ensure processes adhere to safety regulations and standards, and investigate issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency gains.
• Monitor process performance and collect data for further improvement.
• Leverage process simulation tools to model and analyze processes.
• Drive efforts to optimize productivity and prioritize high impact projects.
