NVIDIA is seeking a motivated Senior Circuit Design Engineer in Power Modeling and Simulation to join the Circuits Solutions Group. This role focuses on improving netlist and timing quality in innovative processor design using deep submicron technologies. The engineer will collaborate with a global circuits team to design power delivery and management solutions while mentoring junior team members. The position emphasizes modeling and simulating both analog and digital circuits across various environments.
Requirements
- BSEE or equivalent experience, MS or PhD degree preferred in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- 6+ years of experience with modeling and simulation of digital and analog circuits and power delivery networks.
- Experience with industry-standard electromagnetic simulation tools such as Ansys and Sigrity.
- Proficiency in modeling and simulation using Matlab/Simulink, Simplis, Spice, and verilogAMS.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design and EDA tools like Cadence Virtuoso and Allegro.
Responsibilities
- Participate in innovative processor design in deep submicron technologies.
- Work as part of a global circuits team to design innovative power delivery and power management solutions.
- Model and simulate analog and digital circuits and systems in various environments.
- Model and simulate power delivery networks from die level to platform level.
- Perform detailed block-level and system-level simulations to ensure reliability, performance, and stability of designs.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership for junior team members.
