Job description
Join Apple's wireless silicon development team as a C-Focused Design Verification Engineer, where you will collaborate with various disciplines to ensure the successful design and verification of wireless SoCs. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in C/C++/assembly programming and Verilog/SystemVerilog.
- Solid verification skills in problem solving, constrained random testing, and debugging.
- Strong understanding of reusable verification frameworks and digital logic design.
- Knowledge of industry standard interfaces and ARM V7 or V8 architecture is a plus.
- Experience in UVM DV and setting UVM/System test benches with embedded C tests.
- Good understanding of CPU architecture and instruction sets.
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages for system-level tests is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various engineering disciplines to support chip design efforts.
- Design and implement C tests for wireless SoCs verification and power analysis.
- Develop complex tests or power vectors in assembly or C according to test plans.
- Port simulation tests to emulation as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and work independently on verification efforts.
