The Senior Engineering Manager will lead the Agent Platform team at Netflix, focusing on building the foundational layer for agent-specific systems that enhance software development and operational efficiency. This role involves setting the technical strategy and roadmap for the platform, ensuring it meets the needs of agent developers across the company. The manager will also be responsible for growing a high-performing team and making critical decisions about platform capabilities and partnerships. • Experience leading and growing engineering teams that build and operate platform or infrastructure at scale.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating agentic systems in production.
• Breadth across business applications, including enterprise and consumer-facing applications.
• A strong engineering foundation in distributed systems, cloud, and ML/AI infrastructure.
• A track record of owning a platform's charter and making build-versus-partner decisions.
