Job description

The role involves working as an analog integrated circuit designer within Qualcomm's Mixed-Signal IP design team. This team focuses on creating high-performance and low-power mixed-signal IPs used in Qualcomm's SOCs and RF transceiver products for various applications including 5G and AI/ML. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful design implementation and verification. Candidates will engage in schematic design and circuit simulations using industry-standard tools.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in analog circuit design through coursework or work experience.
  • Experience with ASIC design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal integrated circuit design.

Responsibilities

  • Develop various mixed-signal IPs including architecture definition and schematic design.
  • Perform schematic capture and circuit simulations using the Cadence Virtuoso tool suite.
  • Collaborate with layout and digital teams on design implementation and verification.
  • Work with product test teams for post-silicon verification, bringup, debug, and production support.
