Job description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience working on Healthcare Projects
  • Knowledge of construction, delivery systems, and components
  • Strong organizational capacity and effective communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Support the full lifecycle from design through construction, focusing on document control and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist the Project Manager with overseeing architectural and MEP drawings tailored for clinical environments.
  • Drive design coordination, manage submittals/RFIs, and ensure clinical/regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee that all work completed by contractors and consultants is of the highest quality.
  • Provide support to the Project Manager by developing and maintaining project cost/change controls.
