• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python is preferred.
• 4+ years' experience in building scalable, secure, high-performance products and services on the backend.
• Knowledge of Distributed systems design, Microsoft Azure, AWS or similar cloud computing platforms.

• Design, build, and evolve highly scalable, reliable, and secure distributed systems.
• Lead the technical design and architecture of complex product features and services.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, and Platform teams to define strategy and execution plans.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of critical projects, including design reviews and implementation.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to raise the engineering bar.
