The engineer will also support construction processes and be a subject matter expert in electrical engineering. • 6+ years of industrial or commercial engineering experience in mission critical facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or 12+ years of related electrical experience.
• Professional Engineering License.
• Excellent understanding of the National Electrical Code.
• Solid understanding of critical data center electrical equipment.
• Ability to perform complex business case analysis.

• Lead internal and external teams supporting the data center.
• Participate in site selection reviews.
• Create data center substation electrical designs and collaborate with other disciplines.
• Work with regional vendors to specify appropriate electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal requirements.
• Review and approve equipment submittals.
• Define project scope and provide technical support during construction phases.
• Work with commissioning teams to validate electrical systems.
• Travel to sites for reviews and engineering evaluations.
