• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C and modern C++.
• Deep experience with embedded systems and system architecture, including multi-threaded software.
• Strong understanding of operating systems internals, including memory management and synchronization primitives.
• Hands-on experience with the Linux kernel, including drivers and kernel-space development.
• Experience delivering safety-critical software following ISO 26262 or equivalent processes.
• Proven track record of driving solutions from concept to production in cross-functional teams.

• Lead end-to-end feature development that meets automotive safety and security standards.
• Optimize performance in resource-constrained embedded environments.
