- Hands-on experience with the Linux kernel, including drivers and kernel-space development.
- Experience delivering safety-critical software following ISO 26262 or equivalent processes.
- Proven track record of driving solutions from concept to production in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve middleware APIs for buffer sharing and inter-process communication.
- Lead end-to-end feature development that meets automotive safety and security standards.
- Optimize performance in resource-constrained embedded environments.
- Drive technical direction across teams and simplify system architecture.
- Modernize software building practices by introducing automation and static analysis.
- Mentor team members and represent the platform in cross-organizational discussions.
Benefits
- Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts. Optional programs can include student-loan and home-purchase support, plus family care resources and expert medical services.
