The Technical Lead position at Intel focuses on leading a team within the Design Enablement organization to drive customer solutions for ASIC tools and flows. This role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure quality solutions for physical verification and IP sign-off. The candidate will be responsible for mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative work environment. The position emphasizes strong customer focus and technical leadership in advanced technology nodes.

• BS degree with 10+ years of experience, MS degree with 8+ years of experience, or PhD degree with 6+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical management or leading medium-sized teams.
• Experience with test chip physical verification and tape-in.
• Knowledge of Intel and/or external foundry process technology in advanced nodes.
• Industry experience and in-depth knowledge to support customers in ASIC/Physical Design and/or Physical Verification/runsets.

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team by setting priorities and driving execution.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
• Direct and coordinate engineering activities while allocating resources effectively.
• Drive problem resolution through sound technical judgment.
