• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative or financial field such as Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
• Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and problem solving
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines
• Series 79 and 63 required within 150 days of joining

• Work with senior bankers and participate in client transactions, projects, and assignments as the junior member of the Investment Banking team
• Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plans
• Prepare written recommendations, corporate finance materials, and exhibits for pitches and live transactions
• Conduct economic and financial research
• Build complex financial and statistical models
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
