Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative or financial field such as Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
- Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and problem solving
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines
- Series 79 and 63 required within 150 days of joining
Responsibilities
- Work with senior bankers and participate in client transactions, projects, and assignments as the junior member of the Investment Banking team
- Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plans
- Prepare written recommendations, corporate finance materials, and exhibits for pitches and live transactions
- Conduct economic and financial research
- Build complex financial and statistical models
- Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
