Citi is seeking an AVP candidate for Markets Operations, focusing on Exchange Traded Derivatives, OTC Clearing, and FX Prime Brokerage. The role emphasizes tracking and resolving cash exceptions for Exchange Traded products across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions. The candidate will work closely with teams in Tampa, London, and Mumbai, contributing to investigations and system upgrades. This position offers a high degree of autonomy and requires knowledge of ETD products.

• 3+ years of relevant experience related to Futures (ETD) Clearing and/or Markets Operations.
• Experience with Reconciliations or Trade matching or Fees and Brokerage relating to ETD products and controls best practices.
• Experience in data analytics.
• Experience with FIS, GMI, Consensys, ION, XTP, MSTR would prove beneficial.
• Demonstrated strong process improvement skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and across functional areas.
• Ability to operate in a highly matrixed and ambiguous environment.
• Aptitude for assessing levels of risk and discernment to escalate items of potential concern.

• Investigate and resolve daily exceptions related to fees, interest, and commissions.
• Execute and enhance daily control processes to monitor schedule-related static data setups.
• Provide regular updates and stakeholder communication on recurring issues and control breaches.
• Identify opportunities to improve controls and simplify processes.
• Drive and lead project initiatives relating to the team to ensure resource management.
• Prepare status updates for key stakeholders in a clear and articulate manner.
• Adhere to all control, compliance and regulatory requirements impacting the function.
• Report exceptions and escalate issues to Senior Management.
• Responsible for hiring, training, and people development.
• Provide leadership, direction, strategy, oversight, and advocacy for functions and processes.
