• 15+ years of industry experience in data science and AI engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in building and deploying impactful AI applications in investment banking or related domains.
• Deep technical expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models.
• Experience in deploying Agentic AI solutions using frameworks like Google ADK and Langraph.
• Strong experience with structured and unstructured financial datasets.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Partner with senior bankers to identify high-impact AI opportunities across various banking functions.
• Lead the design and development of scalable AI systems, including advanced LLMs and NLP.
• Drive the integration of structured and unstructured data for AI model training.
• Convert proofs-of-concept into scalable enterprise-grade AI tools.
