We are looking for a talented leader with a strong technical background to join our Customer Experience Products organization on the CS Content Solutions team. This role focuses on reimagining content creation and management in a Native AI-world, influencing product owners, software engineers, and data scientists globally. The team aims to ensure that customer service content is relevant, accurate, and personalized across all channels. You will tackle challenges that impact millions of customers and sellers worldwide.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

• Lead the design, implementation, and successful delivery of large-scale software efforts on the CS Knowledge platform.
• Architect and develop robust, scalable services that handle millions of concurrent users and billions of requests.
• Champion software development best practices by implementing methodologies and AI-enhanced tools.
• Partner with diverse stakeholders to understand requirements and serve as the primary point of contact for project deliverables.
• Propose and implement new projects and system improvements to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
