NVIDIA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Architect to join its Enterprise Software QA team. This role focuses on driving quality and reliability across next-generation datacenter software and firmware. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data center power systems and will be responsible for defining test strategies and architecting scalable test infrastructure. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on NVIDIA's AI, HPC, and cloud-scale solutions.
Requirements
- B.S./M.S./PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data center power enablement related to software/firmware testing.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, power shelf, baseboard management, and hardware/software power features.
- Proven experience designing test frameworks and infrastructure in Python, C/C++, or similar languages.
- Expertise with platform standards for security, telemetry, and manageability.
- Hands-on experience with server platform, network, storage, and cluster configuration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
- Expertise in administering, operating, and configuring Kubernetes and Envoy.
- Validated experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools such as GitLab and Jenkins.
Responsibilities
- Define the overall test architecture and validation strategy for power features across multiple NVIDIA platforms.
- Design and implement modular, reusable test frameworks and automation harnesses for various testing types.
- Define quality KPIs and establish dashboards to track progress and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Lead complex issue investigations that span firmware, software, and hardware layers.
- Partner with DevOps and infrastructure teams to enhance test automation pipelines.
- Validate real-world use cases, customer configurations, and production scenarios.
- Serve as a technical mentor and coach to software QA engineers and junior test developers.
- Demonstrate experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate test development and streamline workflows.
