Job description
The Color Resin Engineer role at Apple is part of the Materials Product Design Engineering team, focusing on the development of new color resin materials and processes for product enclosures. Requirements
- BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years of industry experience
- Technical knowledge of pigments, dyes, and resins
- Familiarity with color analysis and color modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical project management experience leading projects from R&D to production
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and comfort working in a quickly changing environment
- PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years work experience in resin compounding
Responsibilities
