This role involves designing the next generation of fulfillment centers and logistics systems globally. The team is composed of high-impact engineers who work collaboratively on various projects, from concept realization to design approval. The focus is on creating high-quality, cost-effective solutions that leverage advanced technologies like automated material handling equipment and robotics. Engineers will manage multiple projects and support the installation and commissioning of the designed systems.

• 5+ years of experience in design, innovation, research and development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in managing engineering design projects.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, statistical analysis, and decision making.
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment and high-speed manufacturing.
• Experience with design-in-safety and process design based on Lean Principles.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems.
• Own multiple projects simultaneously from concept realization through design approval.
• Act as the primary technical contact for suppliers on assigned projects.
• Support the Ops Engineering team during the installation and commissioning of designed systems.
• Work on a variety of projects including green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits.
