• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• 3 years of Systems Quality Assurance or System Test experience, preferably on consumer-facing Hardware/Software products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including leadership representation
• Detail oriented and organized with a strong discipline of adhering to standards
• Basic understanding of machine learning models and AI applications
• Coding or scripting experience in Python or Bash
• Familiarity with AR/VR concepts and usage of AI tools
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with sufficient knowledge of tools necessary for strong data analysis
• Direct experience partnering with functional engineering teams, with exceptional ability to build relationships
• Demonstrates QA skills with at least 2 complete product cycles, from inception to customer shipment

• Drive quality subjectively and objectively for features integrating software, hardware, and customer-centered scenarios.
• Engage in early development phases to enable and qualify technologies across Apple products.
• Advocate for fixes and coordinate with engineers to improve and maintain quality on new and upcoming releases.
• Conduct customer usage scenario research and design complicated test procedures.
• Drive integrated system testing with an emphasis on hardware-centric software risks and new software features.
