As a Hardware System Integrator at Apple, you will leverage your engineering expertise to collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development of innovative products. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hardware development engineering experience in a team environment.
• Strong Electrical Engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with schematic capture and layout review.
• Experience in prototyping, bring-up, debug, and validation.
• Ability to understand and identify product tradeoffs and optimize designs.
• Working knowledge of embedded systems with a focus on meeting tight constraints.
• Knowledge in areas such as CPU/SOC, power management, analog circuits, and wireless systems.
• Experience working with mechanical design and software development teams.
• Experience with high-speed and low-speed digital interfaces.

• Apply engineering expertise to solve challenging engineering problems.
• Select components, design schematics, and direct layout.
• Bring up and debug circuits in the lab.
• Collaborate with partner teams to realize prototypes for product definition and user testing.
• Perform characterization of circuits using state-of-the-art test equipment.
• Define test criteria and execute test plans on functional prototypes.
• Work with a distributed team across multiple Apple sites.
• Participate in domestic and international travel as required.
