• 7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

• Partner with the engineering manager to shape the team's software strategy and long-term vision.
• Design and build in-house systems that address business problems, including controllers and planning software.
• Own and evolve the controller for agentic network auto-remediation.
• Build planning software for new data center capacity and network fabric deployment.
• Manage out-of-band management-plane services for server and router access.
• Drive correctness and safety for automation on production networks.
• Lead design reviews and mentor engineers to improve code quality.
• Participate in on-call duties and lead high-severity incident responses.
