• BS/MS/PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, or Physics
• Strong fundamentals in materials structure-process-properties relationship
• 3+ years of experience in the glass or ceramic industry
• Technical knowledge of glass, glass-ceramics, or structural ceramics
• Experience with materials characterization and analysis methods such as SEM, EDS, XRD, and Raman
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the use of statistical tools and techniques
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
