Job description

In this role at Apple, you will evaluate business requirements and architect solutions using systems and tools. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in system implementations and ERP integrations.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of workflow automation and project tracking tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bridge the gap between IT and business functions.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
  • MBA or MS in Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar field, or hands-on experience in technical roles preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge in machine learning and predictive analytics using Python, R, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with databases, large data sets, reporting tools like Tableau and SQL is a plus.
  • An understanding of data governance, quality, and synchronization in complex enterprise systems.
  • International experience is preferred.

  • Analyze legacy systems and collaborate with software developers and business teams.
  • Provide analysis and visibility into recurring business issues and recommend software features.
  • Manage project-related testing, implementation, improvements, maintenance, and training.
  • Develop project plans and timelines for system initiatives.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure smooth execution of system rollouts and upgrades.
  • Mitigate risks and manage change requests.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and leadership teams.
