This role focuses on optimizing GenAI applications and enhancing partner relationships through collaborative engineering and systematic evaluations. The engineer will work closely with partners to influence model development and ensure successful integration of AI technologies. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, customer empathy, and the ability to operate across global time zones.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development and coding in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience with Machine Learning systems or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience in a customer-facing role, managing client relationships or external stakeholders.

• Embed with strategic partners and own the technical relationship with top strategic partners.
• Drive joint evaluations and benchmarking on partner-specific datasets.
• Optimize GenAI workloads and guide partners on advanced implementation techniques.
• Author high-visibility case studies, developer blogs, and reference implementations.
• Build feedback loop tooling and collaborate with product engineering to develop tooling that aggregates developer feedback.
