Job description
The role is focused on overlay metrology within KLA's Global Products Group, which is responsible for creating metrology and inspection products. The team aims to provide the best imaging and classification data for defects on wafers. Candidates will work closely with customers to understand their technologies and requirements. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
Requirements
- Expertise in overlay metrology, including eBeam, optical metrology, or both.
- Thorough understanding of customer technologies, requirements, and critical capability gaps.
- Knowledge of optical CD, scatterometry, film metrology, and process characterization.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from kickoff through completion.
- Ability to perform complex data and image analysis using data-analysis tools.
- Experience with Python, MATLAB, JMP, SQL, or similar analytical tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Engineering or Physics, or a related field.
