Job description

The role focuses on providing technical support for SensArray products within the semiconductor industry, emphasizing customer engagement and satisfaction. The SensArray division is dedicated to improving process optimization and yield through in-situ thermal process control. Candidates will work closely with engineering and development teams to enhance product offerings and customer experiences. The position requires travel up to 40% for customer support and demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Master's Level Degree with 3 years of related work experience or Bachelor's Level Degree with 5 years of related work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Semiconductor Capital Equipment industry or inside a Semiconductor Fab.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor processing technologies, including CVD/ALD/PVD, plasma etch, and thermal processing.
  • Hands-on experience with AI, building agents or skills.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Program Management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for SensArray products at customer sites and through remote engagements.
  • Analyze process and equipment performance data and present recommendations to customers.
  • Support customer-facing activities including product demonstrations and technical troubleshooting.
  • Develop application methodologies for various semiconductor processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a customer-first experience.
