• Master's degree in a relevant technical field with 3+ years of industry experience, or a Ph.D. with 1+ years of experience.
• Experience in semiconductor package, board-level, or electronic system reliability.
• Knowledge of reliability qualification methodologies including thermal cycling and mechanical shock.
• Understanding of solder interconnect reliability and PCB technologies.
• Familiarity with reliability statistics and data analysis techniques.

• Develop qualification plans covering various reliability tests.
• Establish reliability requirements and acceptance criteria based on market needs.
• Lead risk assessments using methodologies like FMEA and fault tree analysis.
• Conduct complex reliability investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Represent the company within industry standards organizations and contribute to committees.
