Arcadis is seeking a highly motivated Lead Transmission Line Engineer to join the Power Delivery & Renewable team. This senior position involves direct client interaction and project management, ensuring project execution aligns with applicable codes and standards. The role focuses on delivering HV and EHV transmission line projects while coordinating with various engineering disciplines. The incumbent will also mentor junior team members and participate in business development efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within Transmission line projects from 69kV up to 500kV
• Proficient with PLS-CADD software, with knowledge of PLS-POLE or PLS TOWER being a plus
• Ability to engineer and design HV and EHV transmission foundations and construction packages
• Design experience adhering to National Electrical Code, National Electric Safety Code, IEEE codes and standards

• Support, develop, and deliver HV and EHV transmission line projects from 69kV up to 500kV
• Independently perform engineering and detail design drawings, studies, and analysis
• Coordinate closely with civil, structural, high-voltage electrical, telecommunications, and geotechnical engineers
• Act as Project Manager, Proposal Manager, Program Manager, Account Manager, and Technical Lead
• Conduct quality assurance/quality control on the work of other electrical engineers and designers
• Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and vendors to support business development
