• A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience working at a financial services company or as an advisor to a financial services company.
• 5+ years of hands-on Charles River (CRD/CRIMS) experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading and supporting SaaS migrations.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.

• Lead multiple CRD implementation and enhancement projects end-to-end.
• Define the CRD roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve efficiency, data quality, and compliance.
• Drive and oversee CRD platform configuration, compliance rule setup, workflows, and integration points across modules.
• Manage reference data, pricing, and security master integration to support accurate instrument setup.
• Establish data governance and quality control framework with CRD.
