Job description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of System Engineering or related work experience.
  • MS or PhD degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer market-leading SoC products with best-in-class performance.
  • Lead and conduct performance and systems studies.
  • Conduct or contribute to analysis to define SOC architecture plans considering performance, power, and thermal aspects.
  • Collaborate with HW and SW teams to define best-in-class multimedia, modem, compute, and memory technologies.
  • Define complex use cases including new workloads such as Gaming and AI.
  • Deploy simulators, profilers, or hardware to understand performance bottlenecks.
  • Effectively communicate experimental results with technical leads and peers.
  • Invent and file patents on technical solutions to relevant problems.
