The Senior Data Analyst will play a critical role in the KYC Modernization initiative, focusing on transforming global KYC processes through data-driven insights. This position requires a proactive individual who will analyze delivery data, identify root causes of delays, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership. The analyst will maintain and enhance the Daily Execution Dashboard, ensuring accurate data representation for effective decision-making. This role is integral to replacing narrative-based updates with clear, predictive metrics.

• 6-10 years of experience in a data analysis, project management, or PMO role on a large-scale technology transformation program.
• Expert-level proficiency with Jira, including building complex dashboards and writing advanced JQL queries.
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and present findings clearly.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with testing tools like Zephyr is preferred.

• Own and enhance the Daily Execution Dashboard for accurate data representation.
• Prepare dashboards for the 3x weekly Execution War Room highlighting critical blockers.
• Automate data pulls and visualizations to minimize manual report creation.
• Track sprint-on-sprint performance to analyze delivery velocity.
• Conduct root cause analysis on blockers and defects using Jira data.
• Support Jira data hygiene and structure by working with Tech Leads.
• Provide quantitative data and analytical insights for executive reporting.
